Otorohonga Kiwi House

It's rare to see the nocturnal Kiwi in the wild, but at the Oto Kiwi House you are assured of seeing one of these mysterious birds, as well as many of New Zealand's other unique birds. The centre is a major NZ wildlife breeding facility, with many creatures including the prehistoric Tuatara. Owned & operated not-for-profit - entry fees & proceeds support NZ conservation.
